PTA Grants/Scholarships [Deadline Passed]

PTSA Grants/Scholarships for High School Seniors/Counselors/Nurses/Teachers/Volunteers 

Funds for the scholarship program to further various kinds of higher education are approved annually by the California State PTA.

Scholarships are available to graduating high school seniors to commend extensive volunteer service in the school and community. Scholarships are for use during fall semester/quarter, following high school graduation. Scholarship awards also are available to credentialed teachers, counselors, and school nurses for advanced study, and to PTA volunteers with at least three years of PTA service to continue their education.

Scholarship 
High School Seniors Graduating Seniors

The California State PTA will offer Graduating High School Senior Scholarships in the amound of $500.00 each to acknowledge the achievement of high school seniors for volunterr service in the school and community.

QUALIFICATIONS: This scholarship recognizes volunteer service in the school and community and does not have a grade point average restriction or requirement. Applicant must be a California resident, graduating from a high school in California with a PTA/PTSA unit in good standing, and must be a member of his/her high school PTA/PTSA. A copy of applicant's current PTA/PTSA membership card must be submitted with application.

National PTA Reflections Program

Celebrating its 40th year in arts excellence. Open to all students. Areas are: Literature, Musical Composition, Photography, Visual Arts, Dance, Choreography, Film/Video Production. This year's theme is "Beauty is...". 

 

Grant Scholarships

Available to volunteers, teachers, counselors, school nurses, and student members.

 

Parent Financial Aid Workshops

We offer important pertinent information regarding your child's future. Subjects covered include: what courses to take, websites to explore, and financial aid options.

 

Honorary Service Awards

A nationally recognized PTA/PTSA program for volunteers to recognize dedicated individuals at our school and our community.

 

Teacher/Staff Appreciation

Perhaps the most important program we help fun. Our Administration, Teachers, Staff are provided a lunch to show our appreciation for taking great care of our children and preparing them for the future.

 

Baccalaureate

A nondenominational inspirational service for graduating seniors and their families. Usually held the first weekend in June.

 

Grad Nite

Senior night @ Disneyland.
